Why we have to see things as they are – objectivity
– to uphold truth and fairness.
– inculcates tolerance, compassion and harmony
– promotes equality
– enables to deliver social justice ( in case of civil servants)
– removes all subjective notions etc

– In an election voting to a candidate should be based on his performance, poll promises, criminal cases against him/her etc., not based on the caste, religion, region etc.

– Recent survey show that 70% of women don.t work after marriage, due to gender based stereotype that built up over ages.
