Utilization of public funds is the topic for the day-40 of the Read Think and Write program. Utilization of public funds creates ethical dilemmas and conflict of interest. Ethics preparation made easy through answer writing and RTW strategy. The objective of this program is to enable aspirants to score 130 plus in Ethics paper in CSE Mains. Ethics is one of easily scoring subject with minimal effort compared to all other GS papers. Most of the syllabus overlap with GS-2.
